Chesapeake Shallow Water Sailors

CHESAPEAKE SHALLOW WATER SAILORS                       Coordinator: Bob McMichael

The Chesapeake Shallow Water Sailors group has been in existence since 1986.   It
was founded simply for the purpose of enjoying group sailing and since its inception  there have been cruises every year with the common theme of  camaraderie on the water and an appreciation of the history and ecology of the Chesapeake Bay watershed.

In 2025 the group decided to become a chapter of the DCA which is wonderful.  Read more about their history on their   website.
