30-31 May The Second Annual Small Boat Festival The Small Boat Festival is a celebration of all small boats (sail, power, human-power) in the water or trailered, in the generally agreed upon less-then-25’ range. This year the DCA’s Pacific Northwest Chapter is one of the co-sponsors of the event to honour the DCA's 70th anniversary.
