Access to online copies of Dinghy Cruising for digital subscribers
If you have taken out a subscription to the DCA and opted to receive a digital version of the Journal, you can apply to be registered on the main website with access to a page containing the current year's Journals. It is not part of the Members Section and your Forum or Members Section passwords will not open it. Each Journal will be uploaded to this page at a good resolution as soon as it is published and displayed as a series of cover images.
When you click on the cover image of a Journal it should open in a new window in your browser. Chrome and Firefox provide good reading experiences with thumbnails, two page and full screen options and search functions. Microsoft Edge does not appear to offer page thumbnails. On a Mac, if it opens in Safari it is probably best to right click and open it in Preview. You can of course use Chrome or Firefox on a Mac and Adobe Acrobat Reader is an option on any computer. If you download and save the file you will not need to return to the website whenever you wish to continue reading it.

It will say that you have been invited to join the Dinghy Cruising Association (don't worry, it just means this website) and there will be a Please click here link which will enable you to set up a new password to access the 2023 Journals page that will be shared with you.
If you have already been registered and set your password, please go to the 2024 Journals page to login.

Please note that you will also receive a lower resolution copy of the Journal by email for the duration of your membership. Your access to the digital subscribers page will expire if you decide to cancel your membership or fail to renew your subscription in the following year.
