The DCA has a growing presence in Scandinavia and  Per Storgaard is the Regional Secretary. There are a great many wonderful dinghy cruising areas in Norway, Denmark and Sweden and it is hoped that meets will be attended by members from all over Europe and the UK as  well as those living in Scandinavia.   If you have any questions, please  email  the   Regional Secretaries, specifying your question concerns Scandinavia. 6-8 June          Lake Vänern, Sweden
 The plan is to launch from Ekenäs Guest Harbour in Värmland on the northern shore of Lake Vänern, Sweden’s largest inland lake. We will be exploring the Lurö archipelago and nature reserve during the rally.  You can sleep aboard, wild camp on the islands or choose to stay at the    official campsite at Ekenäs.

15-17 August        Aabenraa/Dyreborg, Denmark
​Depending on the wind and weather conditions we plan to launch on Friday from, either the town Aabenraa (25 kilometres north of the border with Germany) to explore the waterways between the island of Als and the Jutland peninsula - such as Dyvig Bay, Augustenborg Fjord and Als Sund down to Sønderborg - or we will be launching from Dyreborg on the island of Funen to explore the South Funen Archipelago.

​5-7 September          Øresund, Denmark
We plan to launch on Friday from Sundby Sailing Club (Sundby Sejlforening) in Copenhagen and explore the southern section of Øresund (“The Sound”).  If the weather conditions are not favourable we may look at alternatives such as  Roskilde Fjord.
