The DCA has a growing presence in Scandinavia and Per Storgaard is the Regional Secretary. There are a great many wonderful dinghy cruising areas in Norway, Denmark and Sweden and it is hoped that meets will be attended by members from all over Europe and the UK as well as those living in Scandinavia.
